The Lark Creek Restaurant Group, of San Francisco fame, will be opening its second southern California restaurant in February on the historic Malibu Pier. Like all Lark Creek restaurants, Malibu Pier Restaurant and Bar will present seasonal farm-fresh cuisine with a contemporary seafood focused menu. In addition to awesome yet approachable food, the restaurant features a craft bar program, large patios and a variety of private dining areas. We are beginning a search for the perfect management team. Now accepting resumes for Sous Chefs The ideal candidate must possess the following traits: A passion for cooking, teaching and leading Possess a work ethic that seeks to exceed guest expectations. A coaching style that motivates others to achieve organizational, restaurant and individual goals Demonstrates judgment and decision making by identifying relevant issues in complex situations; and seek information and assistance from appropriate sources.
