We sell both online and wholesale to retailers and distributors world wide. Our company is roughly 5 years old and is experiencing significant growth. We like to work smarter and make it a priority to innovate and improve the way we do business. We're looking to hire a like-minded person to join our team. Mission for Wholesale Account Manager: You will be responsible to serve, maintain, and grow our wholesale customer base by providing exceptional service, managing order fulfillment, and generating new customers. This role will be the face of our wholesale business and will be an integral part of our expanding company. This is a full time position. Goals: Respond professionally to every customer inquiry promptly Ensure on-time fulfillment, organization, and visibility of all orders Create and implement process for streamlining wholesale order submissions Create and implement process for awarding credit terms and follow-up collection of payment Learn details of full product line and create simplified product bundles for wholesale customers Train sales associates to assist in growing and nourishing our customer base Increase customer base by generating and pursuing new leads Who you are: Efficient and motivated self-starter who is extremely organized and prioritizes effectively Honest individual who doesn't cut corners, does what is right for the customer, and speaks plainly Enthusiastic, personable, helps others, and naturally drawn to a busy, ever-evolving environment Disciplined, persistent, and regularly makes the extra effort to help a customer and get a job done Enjoys learning and new challenges, both with new technology and with new ways of thinking Proactive and exercises good judgment in key decision making moments Skills needed: Bachelors degree preferred, ideally in a business related major Quickbooks experience mandatory (Short Test Will Be Given) Solid experience with Microsoft Excel (Short Test Will Be Given) Microsoft Access (You will be trained, but some knowledge of software's purpose/capability needed) Microsoft Office Suite [Word, Outlook] Fluent understanding of computer basics, including file organization, good naming convention habits, and navigation using both Windows 7 and Apple OS Outstanding and respectful communication skills on the phone, in emails, and in person Compensation: $25k-35k annually DOE Great potential to increase pay with outstanding performance Simple IRA option Yearly bonus based on performance
