Custom Automated Prosthetics (CAP) is seeking a Technical Support Specialist with a strong technical background to join our amazing team! You will be the initial point of contact for our clients in resolving technical, application and hardware related issues for our CAD/CAM equipment and software solutions. Our mission is to quickly assess and resolve end-user questions and while delivering world-class customer support. Responsibilities: - Help resolve software and hardware questions for the customer efficiently and effectively - Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle customer software and technical inquiries - Manage customer response expectations regarding estimated times for issue resolution - Extensively research and document customer software and hardware issues - Partner with management and other team members on various projects, when needed - Setting up and configuring desktop PC's Required Qualities/Skills: - Must have 1+ year work experience in technical support - Experience with CAD/CAM is a plus - Must have passion for being part of a hard working team - Must have ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment - Must have excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related problems and technical concepts - Must have strong active listening skills - Must have excellent Customer Service skills - Must have strong attention to detail when communicating with customers (verbal & written) - Must have ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence - Must have basic understanding of Internet connectivity and networking - Preferably an Engineering or IT degree - Travel may be required for equipment installations and training Please respond by sending your resumes to the link in the above.
