(Norman, OK) For full consideration please apply online and email resume to Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities Responsible for handling and processing of product complaints for the customer's Consumer Lifestyle products. This specialist will maintain documentation compliance and meet U.S. and International requirements as defined in FDA Regulations, ISO Standards, Medical Device Directives, Canadian Medical Devise Regulators and other International Regulations. Will establish contact with consumers or health care professionals submitting product complaints which may have caused or contributed to consumer safety issues. Education HS Diploma or GED Experience Target Knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations for Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals preferred. Complaint Handling and Customer Communication experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, very good soft skills to ensure "empathy" is well-expressed, strong problem solving and negotiation skills. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven problem solving skills Sense of urgency Strong organizational and follow-through skills Demonstrated negotiation and rapport-building skills Minimum keyboarding speed of 30 WPM Flexible work style - ability to work shifts and weekends Professional work attitude, ability to learn Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g. Current Windows OS) Proficient with productivity software (Outlook, Word, etc.) Apply here:
