Please email your resume and cover letter to QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Experience in general office procedures. 2.Computer proficiency in both word processing and data entry; Microsoft Office 3.Experience in the use of other office equipment such as: copier, fax machine, multi-line phone system, etc. 4.Ability to pleasantly interact with the public and various agencies, even under extreme circumstances. 5.Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. 6.Ability to multi-task. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Answers incoming telephone calls, records and delivers messages. 2.Answers general voicemail box and forwards as appropriate. 3.Maintains support groups and CSE flyers. 4.Performs general clerical duties, e.g., filing, duplicating, maintenance of records. 5.Provides general information to individuals via telephone or walk-ins, upon request. 6.Maintains cleanliness of office (office tidiness and waiting room presentation). 7.Assist with the in-house equipment loan closet and returns. 8.Maintains forms in the general office forms drawer. 9.Maintains CSE appointment book and make calls for the CSE meetings. 10.All other duties as assigned. UNIVERSAL COMPETENCIES: 1.Consistently maintains a positive attitude towards co-workers, consumers, their families, and visitors in order to promote a team atmosphere. 2.Exercise professionalism regarding respect, sensitivity, and compassion to all people (using tact, smile, eye contact, posture, grooming, and dress to convey a positive image). 3.Continue to develop skills in order to enhance quality of agency performance and quality of service with improved efficiency. 4.Maintain confidentiality at all times when dealing with co-workers, visitors, consumes and their families. Treat all written material as confidential. 5.Follow policies and procedures according to agency guidelines. 6.Initiate quality/productivity improvements, showing a commitment to excellence. 7.Demonstrate the appropriate use of human, material and financial resources to preserve and enhance consumer and community service, as well as employee safety and security. 8.Seek feedback and suggestions that would improve personal and /or agency performance (e.g., accept constructive criticism and suggestions). 9.Demonstrate the flexibility and willingness necessary to meet the challenges of unexpected assignments.
