Summary The successful Recruiting Assistant will provide administrative and research support to the Production Department by accurately filtering, coding and routing all inbound candidate applications, creating, sending and responding to email blasts, and performing research functions to support business development for Acclivity Healthcare. Duties and Responsibilities -Review, sort, and filter all candidates that submit their resume to Acclivity Healthcare and take appropriate action -Weekly coding reports ('Recode No Resume Employees' and 'Coding Report' -Build email templates and lists of targeted candidates to support the Acclivity Hot Job blast program (e-mails to employees). -Perform research functions to provide the Production Team with business development leads. -Cross train and provide back-up to Research Analyst -Cross train and provide back-up to Communications Coordinator -Special projects and other duties as assigned Requirements -Minimum two years experience in one of the following roles is preferred, but not required: Healthcare Analyst, Junior Recruiter, Sourcer, Research Recruiter, Research Sourcing Representative, Staffing Research Analyst, or similar. -Healthcare experience HIGHLY desired -College degree highly preferred, High School diploma or GED required. -Strong computer and internet skills. -Resourceful and ability to work independently -Customer service focused attitude -Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally -Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple responsibilities and concurrent searches -Attention to detail and high level of initiative and motivation Qualified candidates please respond to
