Please apply by replying to this advertisement or email me your resume directly to Job Description: The Store Manager creates a friendly professional environment; works with the store Team Members to ensure outstanding customer service is provided while buying, selling and pawn activities are conducted. Manages store operations; is responsible for profit maximization; hiring, scheduling, and supervision of Team Members including On- the-Job-Training and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and Company policy in order to comply and prevent losses or damage to Company and customer assets. Job Responsibilities: Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Achieves financial objectives; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends. Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios. Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Required Skills and Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in a Management role preferably within a retail environment. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and accuracy in work; and time management and organizational skills. Ability to maintain professionalism at all times when representing the company and management to the public and company associates. Required Education: High School diploma or GED and five to eight years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
