Please apply by replying to this advertisement or email me your resume directly to Job Description: The Store Manager creates a friendly professional environment; works with the store Team Members to ensure outstanding customer service is provided while buying, selling and pawn activities are conducted. Manages store operations; is responsible for profit maximization; hiring, scheduling, and supervision of Team Members including On- the-Job-Training and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and Company policy in order to comply and prevent losses or damage to Company and customer assets. Job Responsibilities: • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. • Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. • Achieves financial objectives; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. • Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends. • Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios. • Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures. • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Required Skills and Experience: • 3 to 5 years experience in a Management role preferably within a retail environment. • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and accuracy in work; and time management and organizational skills. • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times when representing the company and management to the public and company associates. Required Education: • High School diploma or GED and five to eight years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
