We are searching for "hands-on", career driven individuals to join the RCA's Curriculum Advisory Team (CAT). COMPENSATION Base plus bonus structure, commensurate with experience and achievement of business development and sales goals Total compensation package ranging from $36,000 to $82,000 RCA includes full scholarship to the College of Regulatory Compliance's JD & Masters Concentration in Regulation, Compliance & Enforcement Director - Curriculum Advisory Group Will target new and expand existing relationships at Hedge Funds, Private Equity Firms, Registered Investment Advisers, Broker Dealers, Banks, Law Firms, CPA firms, and other financial institutions. 5-7 years institutional sales experience, excellent communication, presentation, negotiating, deal-making and closing skills required. Functional knowledge of Continuing Professional Development and distance learning preferred. Senior Curriculum Advisor Will "mind" existing clients to renew contracts and cross-sell new courses, curricula and services as well as prospect for new clients. 3-4 years selling experience required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, social networking and client service skills necessary. Advanced level expertise in Microsoft Office Intermediate level expertise in CRM Software (Sales Force, Sugar, or equivalient) Curriculum Advisor Will "mind" existing clients to renew contracts and cross-sell new courses, curricula and services as well as prospect for new clients. 1-2 years selling experience required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, social networking and client service skills necessary. Advanced level expertise in Microsoft Office Advanced level expertise in CRM Software (Sales Force, Sugar, or equivalient)
