Customer Service Rep 19949 Contract To apply please email your resume to: Responsibilities Program specific inquires such as billing, reporting and ordering supplies Investigate & resolve unique customer problems Follow up with sales leads, as required. Order management, customer service and sales support for North American Channel Partners [resellers]. Telephone support and coverage Process verbal, e-mail, fax and EDI transactions in the Oracle order management system Provide direction and assistance to customers and field sales by answering questions regarding sales and return transactions Provide navigation assistance for information found on the internal websites. Qualifications Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be computer literate Type 35wpm and basic 10 key skills Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and on-line databases. Excellent customer focus, organization and verbal communication skills Strong written communication skills Strong problem solving skills Decision making ability to achieve optimum customer satisfaction. Ability to multi-task in a high stress environment in which timeliness, consistency and accuracy are essential. Ability to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency and with supervision. Ability to learn and follow written procedures, adapt and respond quickly to a changing work environment. General office skills including computer skills, e-mail, voicemail, data entry and operation of office equipment.
