Approximately 15 hours a week. Highly popular and well established Southern-inspired restaurant group is looking for a Part-time Office Assistant, who works directly with the Owner. As the "go to" person, you would be responsible for the day-to-day operations, which include, but are not limited to: - light bookkeeping (daily reconciliations, data entry, deposits) - developing and upholding strong customer and vendor relationships - assisting with Payroll and HR procedures - maintaing inventories - implementing systems and organization You should possess the following: - at least 4 years solid experience working in a busy office setting - knowledge of quickbooks, and general accounting procedures - solid knowledge and familiarity with HR practices - attention to detail and meticulous follow through - natural ability to problem solve and think on your feet - acumen for basic business operations - great sense of humor and friendly personality - keen communication skills, and a "can-do" attitude - honesty and dependability Interest in food and restaurant hospitality is a big plus.
