Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Excel -- Enter Cash Receipts. Bookkeeping and data entry (Quick Books and Excel- must be proficient). Cash auditor -- Count currency, coins and checks received, by hand or using currency-counting machine in order to prepare them for deposit. Identify transaction mistakes when debits and credits do not balance. Supply cash to all cash bags for daily needs. Make change for staff daily. Perform accounting and clerical functions to support co-workers. Answer phones. Must be punctual. Research, track, and resolve accounting problems. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience. Quick Books a plus. Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook) Detail Oriented, highly organized and able to work independently and as a team member. Focused with ability to manage work as well as interruptions. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
