Thanks Change Management Program Manager [Change Mgmt Consultant, Contract, RTP or San Jose, Cisco] The successful applicant will work within the Operations Team as a Change Management / Org Adoption PM. The position reports to the Change Management Manager. The Change Management PM is responsible for managing the end-to-end organization adoption cycle using standard change methodologies in support of business transformation initiatives. This is a hand-on role that requires the ability to convert strategy into action - producing effective CM strategy, plans and collateral (communications and training) . Candidate must have practical experience working with business and IT stakeholders on process improvements, and system/tool enhancements – balancing the People / Process / Technology equation. Critical - Must be proactive and comfortable working in an ill-structured / ill-defined environment. Typical scenarios include enhancement to existing tools, process improvements and green field engagements. Must be able to navigate the project to identify opportunities and then execute with limited guidance. The Change Mgt PM must have proven experience in the following areas: - Leading - Change / Org Adoption Lead on initiatives where they have successfully managed org adoption for large programs across multiple user audiences and locations. Experience creating, planning, and executing Change Management for large transformational programs. - Executing - Developing and executing communication, training, support and assessment plans. Proficient at prioritizing work tasks and work on multiple projects effectively. Adept at balancing the broad view with attention to detail: absorbing and tracking detail and operating strategically to enable project success. - Focusing on the Customer - Has solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. - Building Relationships – Develops relationship internally and externally to achieve mutual business goals. - Influencing – demonstrated skill at breaking through barriers, effectively influencing at all levels. - Communication - Superior business communications (written, verbal, and visual) - Leveraging Resources Cross-Functionally - Leading virtually and leveraging internally and external change management resources to get results. Technical Requirements: - Business Consulting – Excellent skills in business consulting for improved organizational performance - Project Management – Excellent project management skills. PMP certification preferred. - Business Process Improvement- Applying expert knowledge and understanding of all interdependencies between business processes and the tools used to support those processes. - Measuring Effectiveness - Ability to define metrics and measure the effectiveness of the change and change leadership efforts by managing and executing a comprehensive assessment strategy. Additional Skills/Requirements: • Solid understanding of the concepts of Human Performance Improvement / Human Performance Technology. CPT a plus. • Excellent communication skills - Comfortable communicating to various levels of mgmt as well as leveraging appropriate communications vehicles (written, verbal, graphic) • Expert Problem Solver - Must be resourceful and able to thrive in an ill-defined environment with limited guidance • MS Project (preferred) -Message to Hiring Managers- Hiring manager inquires are also welcome.
