Phone (313) 779-1666 Home Care Administrator/Director Full-time United States - Michigan - Detroit - Southfield Relocation Assistance Available - Possible for the ideal candidate Commission Compensation - No Bonus Eligible - Yes Overtime Eligible - No Interview Travel Reimbursed - No 2+ to 5 years of experience Management Experience Required - No Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree Willingness to Travel - Occasionally Ultimate responsibility for the overall management of the Home Care agency. Responsible for the effective and efficient use of all resources. Ensures quality of staff and functions of the company through management of policies and procedures, budgeting, and referral follow-up. Accomplishes these tasks through teamwork with most efforts spent on Human Resources, Quality of Care, and Customer Service. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years in an administrative or supervisory capacity in a home care program. Experience in business administration. Educational Requirements: Degree in business, health care, and nursing or related field. RN License preferred. Questions regarding Qualifications: 1.Do you have more than 3-5 years of experience in Home Care/LTC/Hospice? 2.Do you have recent home care/hospice experience as a Director/Administrator?
