InfoTrust, a fast-growing and profitable Cincinnati-based digital marketing company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant (~20-30 hours/week) to assist two busy founders and management staff. As the Administrative Assistant, you will help with appointment scheduling, coordinating events, conducting online research, maintaining constant communication with owners and management staff, maintaining cleanliness of the office, and running personal errands as needed for both owners. Additional administrative duties may be added as necessary based on business needs. The possibilities are there for the taking as you show us where you can save us time!
To be considered for this role, you should have a High School Diploma/GED, and 3-5 years of previous administrative support experience. Prior experience as a Human Resources or Accounting Assistant is strongly preferred – we need our Administrative Assistant to understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality. Additionally, we need someone that is a self-starter and can take initiative to move things to completion without being told.
