Assist the customer with their transaction while creating a positive end to end customer experience demonstrating values of being helpful, cooperative, trustworthy, responsive and resourceful. Guide customers through the purchase decision and activation process of cable, data and voice. Demonstrate or suggest new products and services that would benefit the customer. Take and process account payments, enter job closing and account status into computer system, reconcile cash drawer at end of shift. Issue and exchange customers' equipment as needed. Answer customers' account questions and resolve customer service issues. Essential Job Functions - Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values. - Greets and serves customers entering the pay centers with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. - Determines customers' needs in order to sell our clients' products and services to new and existing customers. - Meets established sales goals by matching the customer's needs with the right product and services. - Answers customers' questions, and provide information on products, services, procedures or policies. - Issues and receives customer's equipment, while maintaining accurate records in the data base. - Maintains cash drawer in secure fashion at all times. - Enters correct payment information into computer system. - Balances cash drawer at end of shift. Requirements - High School or equivalent. - Fluency in English. - One to two years verifiable experience in customer service and sales. - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately. - Ability to use calculator and a PC keyboard. - Ability to count and issue correct change to customers. - Ability to input correct payment information into the computer system during the payment transaction. - Proficiency in using a Windows-based computer. - Must be able to appropriately and safely handle Client Company's equipment, including merchandise. - Must be able to appropriately and safely handle private information. - Must be able to work safely in direct contact with customers in store environment. - Must be able to appropriately and securely handle payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. - Maintain punctual attendance and flexibility to cover other offices in the area and be available to work different schedules including week-ends as needed. - Other duties as assigned.
