We are a unique recycling retail store specializing in clothes for teens and twenty somethings -- we buy and sell the latest looks in gently used clothing and accessories from the hottest brand name designers for girls and guys. The Store Manager is responsible for managing the overall operation and performance of the store and promoting a high level of customer service. Responsible for overseeing buying, selling, pricing, merchandising, operations, and supervision, training and development of sales team as well as adherence to all company guidelines and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations. The right candidate will begin as a Manager in Training. After successfully completing the 4-8 week paid training they will earn a base salary of $26K as well as performance-based monthly and annual bonuses. (Top preforming managers earn $50k plus). Responsibilities: *Leads by example, ensuring every customer receives a positive shopping experience *Motivates and directs others to meet or exceed targeted sales goals and sets a clear vision for the team *Responsible for visual presentation and operational standards. Ensure the total presentation and display of merchandise is customer focused and maximizes sales *Ensures compliance in all areas of store operations including; Customer service, loss prevention and safety, and Human Resources *Track and Improve Profit and Loss Statements for Store *Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent Job Requirements: *2 -- 3 years of management experience, experience with visual merchandising a plus *High school graduate, college a plus *Excellent interpersonal, creative problem solving, organizational and time management skills *Demonstrates high quality service techniques and philosophy, including customer service and problem/complaint resolution.
