Chapel of The Flowers is hiring a Receptionist. Please see job summary, responsibilities, and performance expectations below. Please send resume to with "Receptionist" in the subject line. Job Summary The receptionist works in the general reception area of the Chapel of the Flowers. The receptionist must demonstrate high levels of energy and confidence to make guests feel welcome. The receptionist must be organized and have the ability to perform multiple tasks at once. The receptionist's main goals are to receive guests and direct/escort to the appropriate areas, provide exceptional customer service to couples and their guests, answer and triage telephone calls to the appropriate department, work on inventory duties such as: ordering, receiving, and stocking. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Performs daily opening and closing procedures in reception area Answers all phone calls within three rings to provide timely service Triage calls and direct to appropriate department Addresses customer concerns and questions and responds quickly to all inquiries Completes daily Excel spreadsheet Perform inventory control: ordering, receiving, stocking, etc. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Faxing and Filing Logging couples reviews Performs other duties as requested by management Performance Expectations The receptionist will be held to a high standard of performance.
