Maintain professional standards with a high degree of accuracy in completing assignments, i.e., shipping, receiving, pulling kits, document shortages to kits, putting inventory to stock, conduct cycle counts, computer input of kits, filling shortages, keeping the stockroom in a neat and orderly fashion and bin boxes in part number sequence. • Must be able to count accurately. • Must be able to work overtime as required. • Computer literate - able to use Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. • Must be able to prepare packages for UPS, FedEx, etc. for shipment. • Must be organized and detail oriented. • Must be a team player. • Must be able to follow procedures as instructed. • Must be able to fill orders quickly and accurately. • Maintain cleanliness and neatness of warehouse. • Notify Lead Warehouse Associate when inventory levels appear low. • Performing other duties as assigned. Skills/Experience Required • Working knowledge on online shipping software, such as FedEx ground and FedEx freight. • Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping. • Must possess multi-tasking capabilities, and be able to work quickly and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines. • Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floor for 8 plus hours per day. • Must be able to frequently lift/move a minimum of 65 pounds. • Effectively communicate and interact with customers/departments and work with minimum supervision.
