THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT FOR A CURRENT FLOOR SSUPERVISOR OR ASSISTANT MANAGER TO AN ENTRY LEVEL STORE MANAGER POSITION IN A RAPIDLY GROWING COMPANY! Store Manager Reports to: District Manager Job Description: The store manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations. It is critical that they possess strong leadership ability and are well versed in sales techniques, financial analysis and management skills. The following list represents important duties and responsibilities of this position. Duties: •Sales and performance goals set by corporate office -- TL must stay focused on increasing overall sales and sales per transaction as well as items per sale and addons. •Budget control in areas of staffing -- TL must keep payroll within a set budget as a percentage of sales and manage store scheduling. •Staffing -- TL is responsible for building and maintaining their team and replacing under performing team members. Owners shall approve hiring of assistant team leader. TL is responsible for opening and closing store on time and maintaining key control and security. •Coaching and Team Development -- TL is responsible for creating leaders within the organization. Leaders create leaders and share the success. •Merchandising as directed -- TL shall maintain all displays and mannequins to best showcase the products we sell as directed by merchandising team and corporate office. •Store maintenance and cleaning -- TL is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the store, including the customer area as well as the back room and bathroom areas. •Annual physical inventory -- Annually TL is responsible for a physical inventory in coordination and direction from corporate office. •Monthly and quarterly reports -- TL shall maintain records of store performance as well as team member files. Team leader shall prepare reports as requested by corporate office. •Recruiting -- TL shall recruit individuals that share our passion for retail and develop leaders within their team. •Community and in store promotions and sponsorships -- TL shall keep corporate office informed of promotional opportunities that exist with the mall or community that may be a good match to Vivo. Measures: TL are evaluated based on the following performance measures and report cards will be provided to the team leader on a quarterly basis and at performance reviews. •Gross Sales vs. Goals •Sales Per Hour •Items per Sale •Payroll vs. Budget •Cleanliness •Merchandising and rotation •Returns management •Character and team development
