MediSync Midwest, a healthcare support services and clinical management company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking an Information Technology Help Desk Support Analyst for their growing office in Norwood, OH. MediSyncís core business is providing business support services and patient clinical management to physician groups in the Cincinnati and Dayton, OH areas.

The IT Help Desk Support Analyst will provide client and end users with prompt, professional answers and solutions to their questions, problems and concerns achieving highly satisfied, delighted customers. The analyst will operate within a team and participate on both individual and team projects.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelorís degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred), or a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years prior IT help desk experience, A+ and Network+ certification (required), and highly successful hardware and software troubleshooting skills. Experience with Microsoft Windows XP/7, Microsoft Server 2003/2008 and Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010 is required. We are seeking individuals with knowledge of virus/malware protection and hardware/software updates, as well as an understanding of TCP/IP, and VOIP. Additionally, an understanding of hard drive imaging and experience with network multi-function printing and network troubleshooting is necessary. There is travel with this position, and the necessity to work overtime and provide after hours support when. Candidates should have the ability to lift 40 pounds.
