Job Description: In addition to offering color customization, we also provide an iPhone and iPad repair service that is convenient and efficient. We are currently located throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Florida, Minnesota, and Delaware. As a Technician Sales Associate your will primary job function will be repair and color customization services for iPhones and iPads. In addition, the Technician Sales Associate will also be asked to deliver an exceptional customer store experience through knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service while following the direction of the Store Management team. Main Responsibilities Technical Support: - Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on iPhones and iPads - Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills - Effectively manage time and resources to control costs, enhance efficiencies, and meet commitments - Communicate effectively with internal and external customers Customer Support: - Responsible for engaging and connecting with each customer to provide a positive shopping experience - Providing a thorough sales experience while delivering product knowledge and suggestions - Recognize customer cues in order to assess their needs and enhance their shopping experience - Seek and confidently communicate current product features and benefits to customers - Contribute to a positive work environment Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in changing iPhone and iPad LCD Digitizers - Previous experience in retail preferred - Willingness / ability to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends (if required) - Ability to work in a fast‐paced and deadline‐oriented environment - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store team - Self-motivated with the proven ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision. - Must be able to perform all essential job functions identified in the "Main Responsibilities"
