With the size and scope that this client services throughout the world this is a tremendous opportunity to join this team. - This is a temporary position with temp to perm needs for great talent Hours & Pay rate: - $12.50 per hour with work availability needed between 7a-8p with a need to work and be available weekends and holidays Working hours: 7a-8p and Holidays Typical Duties: - Offers professional customer support to both external and internal customers. - Manage customer inquiries by providing product information and processing orders. - Deliver a superior customer experience. - Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills in every interaction. - Ensure timely, one-call resolution with customers. - Effectively de-escalate customer issues using empathy and conflict resolution skills. - Utilize effective time management and prioritization skills in order to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
