Job Title: Contract Specialist Location: North Canton, OH - 44720 Duration: 12+ months PS: To apply please contact Rajat Goyal at 973-774-1411 or email Job Description: As an Integrated Services (IS) Contract Specialist, you would be responsible for the contract maintenance of long term agreements related to the Integrated Services (IS) and Equipment Finance business. This involves timely problem solving, decision making and processing of multi-element agreements as defined by the Managed Equipment and Services Agreement (MESA). The position will be the main point of contact for a defined territory as aligned with the Sales and Service Organization (West, Central, and East). This position acts as a team lead for other associates aligned to the same area of responsibilities and helps others to problem solve and make appropriate decisions in their daily responsibilities. The position requires the associate to work closely with the IS Sales associates, Sales & Service associates, IS Contract Management associates, Implementation & Project Management associates, Customer Relationship associates, Client Services associates, Credit & Collections associates, Service Relationship associates and customers in order to allow for accurate, timely accounting entries and invoicing to facilitate timely cash flow. Duties: * Making important decisions and entering components of information into a lease accounting software application * Ensuring timely funding and contract management responsibilities, including posting journal entries adhering to compliance with US GAAP and corporate reporting policies, invoicing and maintenance of contracts * Ensuring that customer expectations and contracts are fully aligned with financial and operational measurements * Timely and accurate reporting to management of status of contract maintenance processing, invoicing, revenue recognition, maturing contracts and other issues that impact financial reporting and customer satisfaction for their area of responsibility * Formulating sustainable solutions and implementing actions to ensure compliance, operational efficiency and effectiveness * 4 year degree in business or finance related field or equivalent work experience preferred * Must be able to work independently with little supervision * Must be able to multiple tasks * Must have strong communication skills * Requires a professional and positive attitude; working effectively with others in a team environment; good customer service both internal and external * Adapt easily to new concepts and responsibilities * Developed interpersonal and strong communication skills required, with the ability to deal with a diversity of professionals and associates * Adapt easily to new concepts and responsibilities. * Must be self-motivated and able to implement decisions and set effective priorities to achieve both immediate and long term goals.
