Please send resume, cover letter and references to Position reports to the Office Manager Must be available to work weekends (mostly Sundays) FlyAdvanced Front Desk Receptionist General Purpose Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the flight school, airplane rentals and takes down information for charter sales from the general public, clients and customers. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Process sales from line service Schedule rentals and flight instruction in the database Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Take and relay messages Provide information to callers Greet persons entering organization Direct persons to correct destination Deal with queries from the public and customers Receive and sort mail and deliveries Monitor and maintain office equipment while on duty Tidy and maintain the reception area Assist with rental dispatch from Hertz satellite location Education and Experience High school diploma required Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of apple computers Knowledge of portal and hertz rental software a plus but not required. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Keyboard skills Key Competencies Ability to work unsupervised Ability to multi-task Verbal and written communication skills Professional personal presentation Attention to detail Initiative Reliability
