Recruiter/Admin Description In this role you will report directly to the Sr. Human Resources Generalist to support professional recruitment activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Conducting phone interviews Scheduling/coordinating on-site interviews Assisting with candidate interview travel Forwarding candidate referrals to the appropriate recruiter Applicant tracking Employment correspondence Compiling data for weekly recruitment metrics System admin for applicant tracking system Adherence to AAP/EEO and OFCCP regulations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 years' experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment, to include engineering, IT, Sales & Marketing. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). MS Office proficiency. Strong customer focus Proven ability to schedule complex appointments and interviews. Flexibility to deal with changing schedules and priorities Excellent communication skills: oral, written and listening skills. Adherence to sensitive timelines, deadlines, and confidential Multi-task in a fast paced environment while demonstrating strong organizational skills Responsibilities Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate background and qualifications, to include sourcing. Review qualified candidates with hiring managers to determine which candidates will move to the next stage. Establish and schedule onsite interviews with determined interview teams. Prepare draft offers and forward for appropriate approvals. Schedule pre-hire drug screens and conduct professional reference checks. Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
