A Growing and Dynamic company in Oxnard has an immediate need for an A/R Clerk. Below you'll find the job details. If you're interested, please email your resume to the Credit Manager: CJ Whitehead The position's starting salary is $38k. It's a temp to perm opportunity. Hours are 8am to 5pm (Monday through Friday) Job Summary Assist with administration duties to help support A/R. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: *Provide requested account statements. *Process sales adjustments twice a week or as needed. *Ensure any return invoices are mailed back out in a timely manner. *Post daily cash, ACH and wire payments. *Update the Cash spreadsheets with the daily cash deposits to maintain the correct cash deposit totals. *Assist with document filing and organizing. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: *Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. *Mid-level knowledge of computer software applications is required (e.g. Microsoft Office). *Ability to multitask and take direction well. *Must be a team player with a goal-oriented attitude. *Able to work efficiently with different departments (e.g. Sales department). *Document filing and organizing skills required. *Ability to post high volume of cash on a daily basis is required. *Perform other duties as required. Exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views, able to work effectively with all levels of management to obtain team objectives. *Motivation: Have a self-motivated desire to perform above and beyond the expected. *Quality: Must demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and commitment to complete tasks correctly the first time. Working Conditions: Non-smoking environment Office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing Occasional bending, stooping, and kneeling Frequent use of eye, hand and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery Work productively in an environment with medium to high levels of interruption Able to concentrate in an open-office "cubicle" environment Able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
