With successful deployments in cities such as Los Angeles, Santa Cruz, Seattle, Atlanta, and Kent/UK, and inquiries from over 100 other law enforcement agencies around the globe we're actively searching for Sales Representatives to join the PredPol team. Job Description As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating, developing and closing sales opportunities within your assigned territory. This position reports to the Director of Business Development. Primary Duties Identify and qualify prospects by telephone, cold call, on-site visits and networking for assigned accounts and/or regions. Travel required Generate new accounts and close sales opportunities Develop new client relationships and leverage existing client relationships to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, coordinate sales contracts and conduct face-to-face presentations for prospective customers Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet quarterly and annual quota requirements. Develop monthly revenue forecasts. Maintain account data using company CRM tool Navigate through complex negotiations between various decision makers, influencers and gatekeepers. Identify and develop champion(s) Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other sales-related events Coordinate training, deployment and media activities with respective parties Skills & Experience 1-3 years direct selling experience of software solutions or SaaS to law enforcement, police departments, and/or public safety sectors. Proven track record Law enforcement or public safety background. Highly desired Goal-driven, customer-oriented self-starter with outstanding communications skills Able to work independently but within a team environment Understanding of complex solution sales cycle and solution selling Knowledge of Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) and grant funding, a plus
