Oracle Agile PLM Application Analyst Location: Lehi, UT Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Employment Type: Full Time Department: IT Oracle Duties: Gather and document end user Agile PLM requirements to support new and emerging engineering and manufacturing initiatives. Perform gap analysis to determine e-Business Suite system configuration and development changes. Participate with other implementation track teams (Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.) in analyzing requirements and contribute to the design of PLM solutions intended to address complex requirements. Provide input into future software functionality, implementation methodology and customization standards. Design solutions, develop, test, document, train and deploy Agile configuration changes, workflows, process extensions and reports. Test new software releases, execute unit testing cycles and facilitate completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Adhere to system and code change management processes following company establish policy and procedure. At completion of implementation project, perform daily Oracle Agile PLM Administration. Perform other related duties as required. Continue Post Go Live to support and enhance functionality. Qualifications: Minimum of five years' experience working with Oracle Agile application, and associated Oracle EBS applications for full life cycle implementations and upgrades. A strong functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business suite release R12 in a global, multi-organization and multi-ledger environment. Highly skilled in Gap Analysis, Functionality Mapping, functional testing, etc. Experience with Oracle Process Manufacturing is a plus, but not required. Experience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or other implementation methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with limited general supervision. Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate across functional and technical lines are critical. Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of business customers and drive consensus when conflicting requirements are identified. Systems Development Life Cycle responsibilities in defining requirements, designing solutions, production support, training and installation support. Adhere to project schedules and report status to management. Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion. Desired Qualifications, but not required: Identifying and solving ECO transfer issues from Agile to EBS. Experience with Agile Product Lifecycle Management Integration Pack for Oracle E-Business Suite. Experience with Oracle EBS Engineering, BOM and Item master functionality. Experience developing Agile PX (Extensions) using java or other. Experience/Knowledge of PLSQL.
