The ideal candidate will be an energetic, outgoing, and self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced phone sales environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable with the majority of your day on the phone, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Top Candidates for this position are: Confident, organized, and enthusiastic Able to multi-task & maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced environment Experienced in an outbound sales environment and are able to handle a large call volume Most of all, motivated to succeed and proactive in taking action to deliver superior results . Basic Qualifications: Excellent typing & computer skills including proficiency in programs such as IE, Word, or Excel while simultaneously communicating on the phone. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record of success in an outbound sales environment College degree or equivalent work experience Commission-based sales experience Perks: Paid Training, Full-Time schedule (with consistent hours/breaks), Vacation, Benefits, Salary plus Bonus; First year income projected: $25K-$55K, Promotional Opportunities, Downtown Location with reserved parking.
