Please email your resume to Chris - Info for Job Description for Client Service Position Job Duties: Research and resolve client claim, eligibility and billing issues Communicate issue resolution with the client Audit contracts, plan documents, benefit summaries and policies for health, dental, vision, Life and AD&D, and Disability Create and audit commission, group and coverage sheets Create amendments for plan documents Manage master client lists and client folders Track client renewal checklists Develop mass communications for clients Prepare documents and conduct employee meetings Communicate and resolve issues with third party administrators, carriers and pharmacy vendors Coordinate Wellness Fairs Special Projects Knowledge and Skills Requirements: - Excellent communication and writing skills - Strong organizational skills - Strong problem solving and research skills - Ability to audit contracts, policies and plan documents - Detail Oriented - Self Starter and be able to multitask - Able to work in a team setting - Public speaking skills - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Thanks!
