Please state WEST HILLS on the subject line and salary requirement to be considered. This is a full-time position with an excellent benefit package. Responsibilities: Real Estate -- •Maintaining administrative staff excellence in their job functions •Maintaining support of Broker/Manager recruiting, retention and coaching systems •Ensure successful processing of new brokers including completion of all required paperwork •Ensure the orientation and training of new brokers to real estate forms, JLS policies, programs, etc. •Ensure the training of new brokers on office computers and John L. Scott programs such as Trendgraphix •Maintain office license board and ensure compliance with WA Department of Licensing or Oregon Real Estate Agency licensing laws •Maintain office rosters with local Association of Realtors and MLS agencies and ensure office and agent compliance with Association and MLS rules and procedures Administration -- Facilitates through managing as well as personal "hands-on" attention Personnel  Recruiting, selecting, compensating, training, coaching, counseling and conducting performance reviews  Assist Branch Manager in running the weekly Sales Associate's meetings by agenda preparation and facilitating all administration or operational related items during the meeting.  Fiscal responsibility in administering Programs and Budgets  Managing office overhead & set branch policy on supplies to brokers  Collaborates with the Director of Washington Residential Operations when issues arise and takes on project management to compose solutions and facilitate implementation of accepted policies and approaches. Qualifications: •College degree or equivalent work experience •Supervisory/administrative experience •Regional real estate industry associations and contacts, (optional). •A developed understanding of the Company culture in the client/agent/management relationship •Applied knowledge of the technology available to serve the real estate industry. •Must have proven integrity and trustworthiness. •Must be receptive to new ideas, and candid in the sharing of information.
