Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers. DUTIES 1. Answer inbound calls with a friendly, professional attitude and direct accordingly 2. Take and relay messages with appropriate urgency 3. File packing slips 4. MTR's and Proof of Delivery 5. Greet visitors 6. Direct persons to correct destination 7. Deal with queries from the public and customers 8. Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization 9. General administrative and clerical support 10. Prepare letters and documents 11. Receive and sort mail and deliveries 12. Schedule appointments 13. Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically 14. Organize meetings 15. Tidy and maintain the reception area 16. All other various office duties assigned to the receptionist by the Regional Sales Manager KEY PERFORMANCE CRITERIA  Professional personal presentation  Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures  Proficiency in MS Excel and Word applications  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Customer service orientation  Detail oriented  Reliable and Punctual PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. High school diploma required
