Responsibilities / Job Purpose: To provide excellent customer service and support through immediate response to incoming calls and emails and chats, listening to customer needs and finding the best resource needed to resolve their issues, and to increase our proactive communication with our customers and customer projects. Job Summary: Answering and resolving incoming Tier 1 Technical Support and customer service calls and emails, logging and assigning cases, and performing proactive customer service activities. Essential Functions and Basic Duties: Answer all incoming requests (phone, chats, email, etc.) in the shortest customer-wait-time possible. Provide customer access to the proper resources in a timely manner. Maintain effective relationshipswith managers, coworkers, and customers. Proven ability to resolve Tier 1 Technical Support issues, and most customer service issues. Proactively contact customers to schedule outstanding project tasks under the direction of the Project Managers. Improve overall customer base satisfaction ratings. Professionally represents company to customers. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Qualifications/Experience: Must have minimum of 3-5 years of similar high volume call center experience. Prior customer service management experience. Inbound/outbound phone skills. Must have desire and aptitude to work in technical atmosphere. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Windows platforms. Pleasant, helpful and positive attitude and demeanor required. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
