In this role, you will have the opportunity to capitalize on our firm's strong reputation and established relationships with leading clients.This industry is an opportunity to leverage interpersonal skills and work ethic to have unlimited success in a short period of time, and earn the limitless compensation that comes with it. • Work in a resource-rich environment with career advancement opportunities • Dynamic/Motivated group with a strong support and training structure; offering mentorship • Tremendous earning potential • Prior recruiting experience (up to 4 years) is preferred but not required Overview of Position: • Recruit, interview, and place high quality candidates with our clients, which include top financial services firms, cutting edge start-ups, emerging technology firms, and Fortune 100 companies in NY, NJ and around the nation for permanent and temporary positions • Leverage tools to recruit new candidates (we have high end job board databases, subscriptions to professional websites, memberships, etc. with unlimited data/profiles) • Handle high-pressure situations and challenging candidates and clients with ease • Ensure clear and concise communication between staffing and salespeople to ensure a high quality of service to both candidates and clients • Must have ability to organize and prioritize • Utilize strong networking and relationship building skills and ability to establish key relationships with prospective candidates and clients • Coordinate and attend networking events (conferences, sporting events, dinners, cocktail parties, etc.) • Manage and upkeep a candidate and client database using our high-end software and database • Should have between 0-5 years of successful recruitment experience or related sales/industry experience • Must have strong interpersonal skills & excellent phone communication • Must be driven and self-motivated About Linium Resources: Linium Resources provides innovative search capabilities to provide exceptional talent to a wide range of clients.
