Affordable Language Services is growing and is looking for an exceptional administrative support member to join our Recruiting and Retention team. Looking for someone who have experience on assisting on recruiting and screening applicants, maintaining databases and physical files provide reporting and giving recommendations to management, and enjoys on maintaining the company social network accounts. The ideal candidate for this position has: Minimum of 1 year Administrative experience is required. Background in employment process, recruiting, retention and training is a plus. Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills one on one, with colleagues, and in group settings. Good attention to detail and excellent focus on follow through. "Do whatever it takes to get the job done" mentality. Proactive in anticipating needs and identifying actions needed in order to meet and exceed the job requirements. Able to work well in a fast paced, high pressure environment while balancing multiple priorities. Cares deeply about working in a business that serves as the voice for people with limited or no spoken English language skills facing critical life situations, such as seeking medical care and resolving legal issues. Fluency in a second language is highly desirable, but not required. Position Details: Assist on screening interpreter applicants, with interpreter orientations. Maintain databases and physical files process of our vendors and interpreters. Schedule the shadowing of interpreters for quality control. Maintain company social network accounts. Contribute to forecasting future needs for interpreters. Implement interpreter satisfaction surveys, log, analyze and quantify results. Provide reporting to management with recommendations for improvement.
