Please email your resume to Job Title: Sr. Accounts manager /Sales/ Business Development manager Location: Somerset, NJ Position Type: Full -time Interview Type: in-person The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategy for national accounts customers that will drive volume, growth, as well as, maximize Business opportunities for Cygnus. Accountable for the maintenance, growth and increased profitability of existing business, the acquisition of new business on existing accounts, customer satisfaction and the strategic direction of assigned accounts. Proactive outreach/meeting with key client contact as appropriate; Provide updates and reports on performance as well as facilitating customer visits on a routine basis. Follow-up with prospects / clients to review proposed solutions, pricing, determine project start dates and obtain signed contracts, 70% of the role will be generating new accounts/Clients Skills: Account management/sales experience. Experience working in IT Professional services/staffing Industry. Experience preparing and presenting materials to clients Proven track record developing large accounts and achieving quotas Excellent negotiation, and team building skills and techniques are required. Technical aptitude, with the ability to appropriately apply technical service base to individual customer needs Willingness to travel as required. Superior work ethic and high energy level Ability to work with all levels of the organization Ability to obtain necessary Certifications or any other documents required Experience with RFP responses is a plus
