(or "IES") (NASDAQ: IESC), IES is a $500M national provider of electrical and communications contracting solutions for the commercial, industrial, residential and solar markets. IES Renewable Energy is a dynamic, fast paced solar energy company that is experiencing tremendous growth in California. We are expanding our Canvassing team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to be canvassers across Northern and Southern California, with home office locations in Modesto, Oakland, Oceanside, and Corona, CA. Part Time (less than 30 hours a week) Competitive hourly rate plus performance bonuses Must be able to work nights and weekends Opportunities to advance quickly as a Canvasser Team Lead for highest performers The primary responsibility of this position is for the individual to generate leads and set appointments with qualified homeowners in door to door neighborhood canvassing efforts. Eligibility for bonuses based on meeting established targets. Essential job functions include: Generate high quality leads by conducting door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories. Achieve lead generation quotas. Canvass areas that IES has recently performed an installation and target markets. Provides nightly reporting of leads/appointments and hours worked. Attends ongoing training to keep up with market expansion and job duties. Attends weekly conference calls and meetings as required. Maintains constant and professional communication with Qualification Team. Communicates and shares best practices with management. Demonstrates professional behavior. Compliance with IES Policies and management directives including all company and job safety requirements. Comply with attendance and schedule requirements, including working nights or on weekends as required. Constantly demonstrate safe work habits. Maintain professional and proper attire. Additional duties as deemed necessary by management. Demonstrate good organizational skills. Work with others in a professional and safe manner. Excellent communication skills.
