NFFS is looking to hire seasoned, qualified painters who can prove they have experience. All interested candidates MUST have their own transportation and references and will need to be able to do minor carpentry and work a spray rig for interior work. Compensation -- Based on experience Employee Benefits - after 90 days Health -- Individual plan -- 60% covered by company; employee may elect to cover spouse and family at group rate Vision - available at group rate at employee's expense Dental -- available at group rate at employee's expense Short-term Disability -- available at group rate at employee's expense Life Insurance - $20,000 paid by the company Paid Time Off - after 1 year Paid time off is available to employees who have more than one year of service to the company. Hourly employees will accrue paid time off starting at the rate of one week per year after one year of work. Employees earn 0.01923 hours of paid time off for each hour worked. (Formula: 40 hours paid time off / 40 hours per week / 52 weeks). At the start of your second year, you will accrue paid time off at a rate of two weeks per year. The calculation is 0.03846 hours of paid time off for each hour worked. (Formula: 80 hours paid time off / 40 hours worked / 52 weeks). Should an employee become sick, he / she may elect to use accrued paid time off. Paid National Holidays - after 90 days The following are National Holidays and will be paid as an additional day's work, but will not be considered as overtime for the week. Employees are expected to login, monitor and respond to any pressing or immediate concerns as the need arises.
