The Regulatory Compliance Association (RCA) is the leading post secondary institution for graduate level education in compliance and regulation -- a burgeoning career opportunity post the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act. We are searching for an enthusiastic, career-driven individual -- awaiting a full-time professional commitment (45 to 50 hours per week). Duties & Responsibilities Include: - Maintain the online Learning Management System (LMS) used by RCA to deliver its JD & Masters Concentration. Complete training and support is provided by the LMS Vendor. Duties would include: uploading content, maintaining student records - Student support and relations. - Event Planning: submitting RFP to venues, publishing workbooks, producing Symposium materials, signage and other Event production responsibilities - Coordinating Speaking Faculty participation in Symposium Sessions and monthly Webcasts - Marketing Duties, e.g., updating of website, print and collateral materials - Social Network marketing including posting on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. - Management of our firm pages on all social networking sites - Maintenance of Career Center, which includes canvasing and outreach to Law and Graduate School Career Centers - Daily Administrative duties, e.g., calendar meetings, making travel reservations - Communicate (via email, telephone, etc.) with program participants. - Prepare status reports for Advisory Board Meetings - Preparation of lists and reports - Research & Special Projects -- as assigned - Perform other tasks as requested The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics: Searching for a CAREER, not a Job FIERCELY LOYAL, DEVOTED, SINCERE, HONEST TO A FAULT TEAM PLAYER -- takes and follows direction SELF MOTIVATED to perform beyond expectations SELF DISCIPLINED -- self-starter, takes initiative, prioritize activities, multi-task and work independently in an under staffed environment SUPERIOR organizational, time management and project management skills QUICK LEARNER -- when provided instructions/training -- MASTERS UPON 1ST ATTEMPT STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS - advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, and Social Networking sites. HIGHLY ATTENTIVE AND DETAIL ORIENTED STRONG WORK ETHIC -- performs above and beyond expectation (arrives early, stay late).
