Please email your Word resume to the Recruiter: Summary This position is responsible for performing analysis of business issues, providing recommendations for possible solutions, collaborating with managers to drive decision making, and defining requirements for strategic resource demand planning. Responsibilities Gather and organize information regarding the balancing of resource capacity and demand for capital projects. Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative recommendations for proceeding. Develops alternatives and recommendations to address long term resource gaps and the development of strategies to close the gaps. Provides coordinated long term forecasts on resources, based on the Asset Plans and made visible to Supply Chain, Resource Managers, Asset Program Managers and Project Managers. Participates with the Strategic Capability Planning team in order to provide leadership and direction to the development and implementation of the System long-term Resource needs, including the development and implementation standards, policies, processes, procedures, and functions. Responsible for development, implementation, policy standards, and directional leadership of the overall long term resource strategies to support the Asset Strategies/Plans. Qualifications Demonstrated analyst experience in process re-engineering and business transformation 9-11 years directly-related work experience demonstrating business/process analysis skills.(5-7 years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree; 7-9 years' experience with an Associate Degree). Financial analysis experience is preferred Requires a working knowledge of automated data systems. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; (MS Office 2010 proficiency required) Highly proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Hyperion, and Access). Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and human resource modeling. Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple groups in order to resolve issues and drive decision making. Ability to analyze and develop business scenarios, in order to determine project issues, risks, assumptions, and requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required with the ability to communicate with varying levels of executive management. Must be capable of applying a diversified knowledge of analysis principles and practices in assigned technical area. VanderHouwen & Associates, Inc.
