Part-Time Administrative Support Coordinator

Are you a coordinator that thrives on organizing, planning, and managing multiple clients and projects? Can you take on the challenge of using your organizational and analytical skills to push projects to completion while simultaneously handling other incoming requests?

MediSync Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Support Coordinator for their office in Cincinnati (Norwood), Ohio. MHS offers the E&M CodeRight solution – a solution that helps train physicians to learn and navigate the breadth and complexity of the E&M coding guidelines.

We are seeking a qualified administrative professional to serve as a liaison between the company, clients, sales representatives, and physician educators. Reporting to the E&M CodeRight Program Director, you will be responsible for providing training implementation support, on-going/consistent communication, follow-up services, and monitoring of accounts in order to maintain positive long-term business relationships. In addition, you will be responsible for proactively developing solutions to meet both internal and external customer specific needs, and researching and resolving client issues and complaints.

We are looking for candidates with an Associate’s degree (preferred) and a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative support experience with client contact. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills are a must, along with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively under time pressure with constant incoming requests will be necessary for this position. You will be required to navigate and record information in Excel and Access – therefore familiarity with Microsoft Office is required. Additionally, familiarity with QuickBooks is highly preferred.
