Job Opportunity: Patient Accounts Manager for MediSync Midwest in Cincinnati, OH

MediSync Midwest, a business services company specializing in providing business services to physician groups in the Cincinnati and Dayton markets, is seeking a Patient Accounts Manager for their office in Cincinnati (Norwood), Ohio. The right candidate will have a BA/BS degree, 2+ years of experience in a supervisory setting involving physician medical billing and experience in dealing with all major insurance carriers. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational and time management skills. Extensive knowledge in coding, regulatory environments, management systems and electronic health record systems is a must. C.P.C. coding designation is preferred.

The Patient Accounts Manager will report to the Director of Patient Accounts and will directly supervise Patient Account Representatives including but not limited to conducting performance evaluations, interviewing and recommending candidates for employment or termination, and mentoring employees on a continual basis. Ability to manage a diverse group of individuals and successfully incorporate change in a politically correct manner is vital to success in this role. Coordination and communication with clients, vendors, and industry contracts is essential to maintain strong business relationships. Your involvement in strategy and policy improvement and creation is essential to driving growth in your department and throughout the company.
