ITE, LLC is a design and engineering consulting firm located in Cincinnati, Ohio. We partner with our clients on their engineering and product development needs to deliver distinctive and innovative products. Our client applications include consumer, medical, commercial and industrial markets. We are accepting resumes from experienced engineering sales professionals to expand our business opportunities with new clients and manage client accounts.
This position is responsible for:
• Promoting our engineering and innovation services to new and assigned accounts, providing value to both our clients and ITE • Proactively discovering new accounts and business opportunities • Qualifying prospective clients and defining their needs and potential for ITE services while developing client relationships • Developing and delivering detailed cost estimates and proposals, including budgets for costs and expenses • Maintaining client communication and seeking networking opportunities
We require the following skills and experience:
• BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related technical field • Direct experience with product development processes, ranging from idea generation through launch • A minimum of five years experience in engineering sales or product marketing • Knowledge of engineering and product development tools, including engineering software and prototyping methods • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced consulting environment and quickly adapt to change • Professional, customer focused, team player, with strong written/oral communication skills • Background in engineering consulting services preferred
