Integrating their core hardware with technology, they originated computer software to assist customers in the sizing and selection of thousands of valves, providing service and delivery second to none. Account Manager (Downstream) North Houston, Texas (Or applicable candidate can work remotely).
In this Account Management role, you will be responsible for selling large valves, vessels and control systems to the downstream side of our client’s business. You will be tasked with calling on gas refineries, going into the plants and speaking with plant managers, and selling contracts on oil and gas, pumps, automation and refinery products.
To qualify, you must have a related Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of ‘back-of-the-plant’ refinery experience in selling to chemical/downstreaming plants and refineries. You will also need to possess very strong organizational, analytical, communications, interpersonal and computer skills. Candidates with international exposure to refinery experience are preferred and will take precedence.
