Senior Compensation Analyst Tulsa, Oklahoma
In this role, you will be providing your expert advice and support for our compensation programs, while also helping our management team create programs that attract, retain and motivate employees. Some of your daily tasks will involve performing analytical studies, researching a variety of compensation issues, and recommending solutions, policies, procedures and corrective actions.
To qualify, you must have a Bachelorís degree in Human Resources (with emphasis on Accounting/Finance preferred); 5+ years of Design and Implementation of Compensation experience; and strong organizational, planning, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. You will also need a working knowledge of compensation practices, Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and FLSA, ADA and EEOC laws and regulations. Experience in implementing an HRIS system is a huge plus!
