HR Specialist, Payroll and HRIS Cary, North Carolina
In this role, you will be providing secure access to human resource data via one or more Human Resource Information Systems. You will also be performing routine internal/external audits; facilitating the accurate taxation of fringe benefits for domestic and expatriate employees, and providing back-up support to the administration of third-party payroll operations.
To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of HR or IT experience, 3-5 years of HRIS experience, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, SQL, and Human Resource Information Systems. You will also need to possess excellent communication, organizational, analytical, presentation and project management skills. Candidates with prior experience with ADP HR/B, ADP Payforce, and Workday HRIS are preferred.
