We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented consultative sales professional to join our team. This position is responsible for the selling and promotion of our engineering and innovation services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our clients to help with their product development needs in the consumer, medical, alternate energy, and industrial industries.
• Proven success in the sales and promotion of engineering consulting services or technical solutions.
• Experience working in a consulting environment within the consumer products or industrial machine industries preferred.
• Client management skills, including ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Strategic and financial planning skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency. Working knowledge of engineering software a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and methods.
• BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Electronics preferred) or a related technical field.
• Over five years experience in sales development and profitability.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast paced consulting environment and quickly adapt to change is required. A high degree of professionalism and customer focus are necessary as client interaction is an integral part of our success.
