Our Client Company is an industry leader in Internet Payroll and Human Resources services. They are currently seeking Entry-Level salespeople with 0-2 years B2B sales experience in the following areas: Boston, Orange County, West LA, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Chicago, St. Louis, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Atlanta, Denver, Houston, Phoenix, Miami, Tampa, Washington DC, Austin and Charlotte. Salary is 45k base plus 10% commission. Total first year compensation - 75-95k. Second year reps will earn 100k +.
Must have a 4-year degree with above average GPA (2.5 and higher). GPA must be shown on resume. Athletic accomplishments a plus. CLEAN background (no DUIs, reckless driving, felonies or misdemeanors). Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in past 3 years). MUST be/have been employed in the last 60 days. Accolades, accomplishments or awards received that can be documented. Strong work ethic. Critical thinker.
Qualified candidates will be subject to a 5-step interview process:
1. Initial phone screening. 2. Onsite interview 3. Phone interview with manager. 4. 4 hr. onsite working interview candidate will be given 4 hrs. to set 3 appointments. 5. Final interview with decision maker.
