Project Manager Middlesex, New Jersey
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and execution of capital projects. These capital projects include manufacturing, utilities and facilities projects. You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to lead and manage work on technical projects, coordinate projects across site departments and stakeholders, and deliver technical designs and solutions that are appropriate for operational and strategic needs.
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals manufacturing industry. Project management experience in multiple manufacturing environments including substantial, direct interaction with Operations and Quality groups also required. To qualify, you must have strong experience with schedules, budgets, engineering aspects and solid planning skills.
Additionally, you must have strong presentation skills for reporting project activities and progress to senior management, strong technical writing skills for SOPs, investigations and other documents. Lastly, you must have strong competency with MS Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
To be successful in this role, you must be an organized thinker with strong time-management and interpersonal skills. You will need to be a team player, collaborating with other departments and capable of working cross-functionally.
