Field Service Representative
Nebraska • Iowa • Kansas
Wyoming • Utah • Texas • Louisiana

Bring us your hands-on mechanical and electrical skills. We’re looking for a go-getter who is flexible, professional and committed to continuous growth—personally and professionally. There is plenty of room to advance with this position. To be successful, you will perform mechanical and electrical service at customer facilities involving technical oversight, troubleshooting, outage supervision, equipment-installation assistance, customer operation and maintenance training as well as field sales support.

As our Field Service Representative, you will begin your new role with intense peer training on site. This will prepare you for visiting multi-billion dollar customer sites, where you have to know your way around safety procedures in addition to how equipment operates. Ultimately, you will be assigned to a few states with regional territories. You will be expected to respond to customer needs for service, cultivate accounts, make courtesy calls and track activity in the internal MRP System, which is Oracle and you will also write reports on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an Associate’s degree in Power Plant Technology with three years of applicable work experience. You must have an engineer background with knowledge of pulp and paper mills and an understanding of how refinery operates and widgets interact. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are also a must as you will be in front of large groups and interacting with clients. Required computer skills include MS Office. Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a great benefits package and a workplace environment that is committed to diversity, placing ethics first and foremost.
